Fraser joined Whitburn Band in 2005 and his highlights are the band’s performances in the 2005 European Championships and the 2006 Scottish Open victory.
Prior to joining Whitburn, Fraser was a member of Kirkintilloch Band for 19 years, where he enjoyed two Scottish Championship wins and numerous appearances at the National Finals, British Open and European Championships.
