Playing Resumé:
Hayley started playing the tenor horn at the age of 7, joining Livingston Junior Band some six months later.
She moved on to the cornet aged 8, winning her first solo contest at 11.

Her greatest achievement to date was winning the British Youth Championships in 2004 with West Lothian
Schools Brass Band (WLSBB), at her first ever band contest. Around this time she moved to the senior Livingston
Band and then to the merged Broxburn and Livingston Band.
