Playing Resume:
Richard began playing aged 10, joining Bon Accord Band in Aberdeen in 2001 before moving to Whitburn in 2006.
He Won the Scottish Youth Solo Championships three times and has been the Scottish Euphonium Champion twice.
He has performed a record four successive years at the BBC Radio 2 Young Brass Soloist of the Year and performed the Philip Wilby Euphonium Concerto with the National Youth Wind Ensemble of Scotland.
Richard is principal euphonium of the National Youth Brass Band of Scotland.
