At the end of 2010, Exchange Communications and Whitburn Band entered a sponsorship agreement. The band subsequently changed its name to Exchange Communications Whitburn Band to mark this exciting development.
Established in 1990 by managing director Tom Sime and with offices in Glasgow, Aberdeen Oxford and Gatwick, Exchange Communications is one of the most successful independent telecommunications companies in the UK.
As a full-service telecommunications company, we provide everything from initial consultation services, where we identify appropriate telephony solutions for clients, before sending in a team of specialist engineers who will oversee the installation and provide after-care maintenance services. Exchange Communications specialises in the market-leading Avaya product portfolio and has been awarded Gold Enterprise accreditation and Service Expert status, something we are immensely proud of.
We work with companies and organisations drawn from a wide range of sectors supplying and installing everything from basic business telephone systems to complex enterprise networks, encompassing, SIP, VOIP, ISDN and Unified Communications, to integrated voice and data phone systems and contact centres. We also offer voicemail, auto attendant, call recording and call management.
Exchange Communications is not sector specific and has a very diverse client range. Essentially, any company or organisation that needs to communicate or has more than one office is a potential client, which can include local authorities, schools, call centres, health trusts and any commercial company.
